Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek (born August 25 on the 25th of August, 1970) is a famous American actor. She was known to portray Tiffany Wilson, in the 2004 comedy film White Chicks Danielle Brooks and Dr. Amber Volakis in Fox's House. Her most recognizable role is Tiffany Wilson, in the 2004 movie White Chicks. She's also known for her TV roles, including Dr. Amber Volakis from Fox's House; Danielle Brookson from the network USA Networks Covert Affairs and Lura in HBO Drama Big Love. Dudek is from Massachusetts and was a student at Northwestern University. Her first acting role was in The Iphigenia Cycle, a production at the university. The production was staged in New York City, the production was taken off-Broadway where Dudek was awarded the Joseph E. calloway award as well as American Theater Magazine profiled her as a young actor to watch. Dudek landed roles both on the big screen and television. Matthew Heller, the talented actress and mother-of-two behind the camera, was her husband from the year 2008 until 2016. Dudek was born 22nd March 1975, was born in Boston Massachusetts but raised in Newton. She was a student at Northwestern University in her early days, and was in a variety of theatre productions as well as on Broadway when she made her Broadway debut the latter in the musical Wrong Mountain in 2000. In the following year she won an award, the Connecticut Critics Circle Award, due to her performance in The Glass Menagerie. The Book Group was the first British drama-comedy in which she appeared. The actress has appeared on several shows, including Desperate Houswives, Charmed bones Numb3rs and Six Feet Under How I Met Your Mother. In the pilot of Psych, she appeared as Lucinda as well as in Law & Order Criminal Intent an instructor who was in a relationship with a student. Dudek landed her first recurring character in House, portraying Amber Volakis. She was one of the forty doctors Dr. Gregory House considered for the permanent positions on his team. The character Amber Volakis was featured in the course of the series, until it was killed off at the finale in House's Heart. Then, she returned in the episode Saviors from Season 5, as House's hallucination. She continued to appear as this for the rest in the entire season. Dudek was later seen on Mad Men as next-door neighbor Francine Hanson and on Big Love as one of Alby Grant's antagonistic wives, both of them recurring characters. Dudek made her Covert Affairs debut in 2010 in the role of Danielle Brooks' sister. Dudek has also been seen in movies playing the role of cruise-line heir Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 comedy White Chicks and also played Anthony Hopkins's daughter in The Human Stain.
